Individual Mentoring
Rs.7500 - Rs. 18000 per month
This is specifically for college students, working professionals, and entrepreneurs who are either confused about their career and are unsure about their next steps.
We start with an in-depth conversation to understand you better: understand your strengths, interests, struggles and your journey so far.
Post this conversation we come up with a customised actionable plan for 3 months – 12 months depending on the mentoring domain.
We mutually decide the timeline based on the need. From our past experience we have realised it usually lasts between 3 months to 12 months.
As our mentoring plans are customer centric we co-create plans with our customer. Every plan includes 2-3 mentoring calls per month, weekly customised tools and reading materials, detailed feedback on every next step, etc.
No. All our mentoring sessions are over phone.
Yes. If you feel the plan isn’t working for you, you can ask us to refund your fees. We work on no questions asked policy, meaning if you are not happy with any of our services we issue a full refund within 3 working days from the date of request.

This is specifically for entrepreneurs and businesses that need professional support to scale and grow.
We start with an in-depth conversation with the senior leadership team to understand: strengths of the senior leadership and team members, struggles, existing gaps and vision of the where the business aspires to be.
Post this conversation we come up with a customised actionable plan for 3 months – 12 months depending on the mentoring domain.

This will include mentoring and coaching sessions for senior leadership team, skill building activities and workshop for staff, customised toolkits and resources, etc. This also includes unlimited support over phone/email.
No. All our mentoring sessions are over phone. For workshops and day long in person sessions travel cost will be additional which will be included in the plan.

This usually includes domains that will help you and your business set systems and processes, prepare for long term and avoid introducing ad-hoc processes.
Also depending on the strengths and gaps of the team some of the domains include vision and goal setting, breaking goals into actions, performance evaluation parameters, setting right culture and priorities, working towards harnessing potential of team members, etc.
